Micsnern

That was the word on the Captcha thingy when I responded to Jami's post. I thought it was funny. So, I am going to make up a definition for it. Micsnern means someone who is very snotty and thinks she/he is above everyone else. Sorta like Mcdreamy. but Micsnern. haha. ok. so I am weird.

Welcome, Toni, to Blogger!! <3 Toni is my sister in law. We hated eachother for the first like 2.5 years of our relationship. We would get a long decently online(she lives in Phoenix with my 3 beautiful nieces)...but when it came to actually having to tolerate eachother in person, it just didn't work. Laurie said we were so much a like which is why we never got a long because we are both pretty bitchy and antisocial. haha. But this last time she came up, we had fun, and we got along, despite losing Laurie :-(  anyways, so, welcome, Toni. :-)

Yesterday was Father's Day, and Karina's 8th Birthday. Holy Crap. I can't believe how old she is. I remember teaching her to walk! We went to the zoo in the morning with my parents. We invited Heather, my 'other sister in law' (my brother's wife) she didn't come. Big surprise. We are just trying to be nice because she is my brother's wife. But she only cares about her. Gosh. I hope her or my brother never read this. Altho he knows how we all feel. It was nice going with my Dad and Vin. My mom and I go a lot with the girls, but I can't remember the last time my dad went, and Vin hasn't gone in over a year. My dad and Vin get a long wonderfully, which I love, because his Father just isn't the same, anymore. The whole situation irritates the crap outta me.
After the zoo, my parents came over here and Jami and Thane came over, to. Oh yeah. On the way home, there was some protest thing going on, where a bunch of people from other races were marching down State street waving flags and banners that were in another language. So, we pulled a U turn and took 690 home. ha.
So, Jami and Thane came over, I made sweet and sour chicken (which didn't taste as good as last time). It was still a chaotic mess trying to do everything at once. Reagan helped us this time (or tried to help, rather. haha) Normally it's just my dad and I messing around in the kitchen while my mom runs around with the girls. haha. Jami kept us company in the kitchen, but also mingled with my mom. I am so glad that they liked my parents and my parents liked them. Karina was tired. A little grumpy. Reagan was acting like she was 14. haha. The kids played in the pool. I inadvertently joined them. It started as my just standing in there throwing Gracie around, but somehow, I ended up falling and soaked. So then it didn't really matter how wet I got. haha. She is so in LOVE with Rowan. I can't figure out if it's like a 'motherly' love or if its a kiddie 'crush' love. She carries him around and picks him up, and I really hope she doesn't grow up and pick up her boyfriends, so I think she is being kinda motherly with that, but then she asks to marry him, so I hope she doesn't feel motherly and grow up to marry him. haha. altho at this age, it's just nice they get along. haha. Madalyn feels left out, when they play I think. She just sorta wandered around outside. :-/ but she has this weird thing about being in the pool, lately. idk. she spends more time wandering around the yard than in the pool. Altho her and Rowan do play, but I think he likes playing with Gracie more, which is totally understandable because Madalyn doesn't really 'play' yet. ya know?
The guys put up the tent. It went up in like 15 minutes. Maybe less. I am so excited for camp!
Madalyn is such a cuddle bug when it comes to Jami. She loves to cuddle with me (Madalyn, not Jami. aha), but she is like so obssessed with Jami. haha. She was brushing her hair and sitting on her lap, AND she let Jami wash her face. and she didn't scream or run away like she does with me. haha.
I am so glad Vin has a nice, normal friend. Yay.
Ok. Time to eat some breakfast, drink my coffee and watch some Desperate Housewives. Running to the store later to get Vin some lunch meat, crackers and granola bars for his lunch, and taking the girls outside at some point. Until Tomorrow <3
