Don't make a New Years Resolution if you can't keep it.
Chances are, if you are waiting until January 1rst to start doing something, (or stop doing something), then you most likely aren't all that serious about it, to begin with.
My "New Years Resolution" starts today.
To eat healthier. To be happier. To love better. To pray more. To exercise more. To take things in stride. To start school again.
